What CBC reported

CBC News reported that Seth Boss was found not guilty of second-degree murder for Anthony Primozic’s death and convicted of manslaughter. CBC reported Chief Justice Suzanne Duncan said the intention to cause death was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. CBC also reported Crown submissions about multiple blunt and sharp force injuries and 111 stab wounds, and described intoxication evidence at trial.
